Oh I love snails and this is the cutest thing I've ever seen!
I remember when I was about 5 or something like that I used to go out and find snails, take them home and let them slime all over me

I especially loved to go out in the rain because snails love rain and find them. Of course I did not hurt them and let them go the next day.

But now sometimes when I walk outside of my building there are crushed, dead snails on the pavement (most likely because of people stepping on them in the dark)

and it makes me want to break into sobs.
